The Gatewood Homeowners’ Association holds its annual meeting each fall.
Please note: The 2026 HOA meeting, when we elect new Board members and vote on homeowner dues, has been rescheduled to Thursday, October 22nd, 6:30 pm, in the Pavilion Building at the Nickel Plate Amphitheater.

All Gatewood residents are encouraged to attend this meeting for presentation of the neighborhood’s annual budget, the election of board members and officers, and a discussion of other important neighborhood news. Notice of the meeting and any related proxies will be mailed by AMI to each Gatewood household.
