All Gatewood residents are invited and encouraged to attend any meeting of the Board.
Notice of right of homeowners to call special meeting of the HOA Board:
Pursuant to IC 32-25.5-3-2, members of this Association have the right to call a Special Meeting of the Association if a written petition signed by ten percent (10%) of the members of this Association (18 members) is provided to the Board of Directors. However, the petition shall describe the specific purpose for which the Special Meeting is being called and must be signed by the members requesting the Special Meeting to be valid.
